The complete image was saved as a jpeg and loaded up into the Barrow digitalbrain site. From there a link to the url was created by following the Presentation / Freshy Theme Options / (scroll down) Advanced Options / (scroll down) …Or type the absolute url of your own image.
Looking through the school log book we have found quite a few names of children evacuated to Barrow during World War II. Were you one of them? Do you know someone who was evacuated to Barrow? Being able to put faces and stories to names would be a fantastic resource for children studying that period of our history.
